Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

Products that have been installed, applied, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

VLG Industrial does not guarantee that any product will satisfy specific regulatory, compliance, workplace safety, OSHA, ANSI, USCG, or other requirements for a customer's particular use.
