A full year of short, discussion-led safety talks for everyone on location: roustabouts, pumpers, operators, drivers, welders and contractors. 52 fillable 2-page PDF talks, one hazard per week, plus a READ ME and all 52 weeks in one combined 108-page fillable PDF: 54 files in one zip. Print the sheet or open it on a tablet, read it once, and lead the talk in about 10 minutes. Instant download.
52 original toolbox talks that help with OSHA safety training and crew safety meetings.
What's on every sheet
Front: the leader's guide in 6 numbered steps: the problem, get them talking, talk it through, open discussion, plan forward and the rule, with "if nobody mentions it" prompts and a box to initial beside each step.
Open discussion with a PPE check, and a hazard table to write down what the crew raises and the fix.
Plan-forward table for what changes, who owns it and by when.
The rule, quoted word for word, mostly from 29 CFR 1910, the general industry standards. Where OSHA has no rule written for the hazard (cold, heat, driving, H2S monitors and others), the talk quotes the OSH Act general duty clause.
Back: the sign-in sheet with date, time, location, leader, 20 signature rows, crew notes and a supervisor signature.
53 fillable fields per talk on US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) sheets, sized for typing or a pen.

A signed sheet shows the date, topic, leader and who attended. The lockout talks (weeks 13, 36, 37 and 38) note that 29 CFR 1910.147 does not cover oil and gas well drilling and servicing, and say to follow your company's own steps for controlling energy on those jobs. The talks are general safety information, not legal advice; they don't replace your own written programs, training and procedures, or any state plan rules.
