About this bundle
The four kits are the same as the single kits on our site, page for page, so a warehouse or plant can keep its daily forklift checks, crane and sling inspections, monthly extinguisher checks and incident reports in one place. Pages 1-3 of the combined PDF are the bundle cover, contents and how-to, and the bookmarks panel jumps to each kit. Every box has its own name, so typing in one kit never fills a box in another kit.
This bundle helps with OSHA 1910.178, 1910.179, 1910.184 and 1910.157 inspection requirements, and injury and illness recordkeeping (29 CFR Part 1904). Rule excerpts inside each kit are quoted word for word from the eCFR. The crane log covers overhead and gantry cranes, hoists and slings; it is not for mobile cranes. Not a replacement for OSHA's 300, 300A and 301 recordkeeping forms. The incident and near-miss sheets are not an OSHA form or equivalent form. Is this the same as buying the four kits? Yes. Each kit is the same as the single kit, page for page, with its own folder, READ ME and single sheets, plus one combined 50-page PDF.
Does the crane log cover mobile cranes? No. It covers overhead and gantry cranes, hoists and slings.
Are the incident sheets OSHA forms? No. They help you collect the details OSHA Form 301 asks for. If your business must keep OSHA records, keep using the OSHA 300, 300A and 301 forms.
